MakeHuman only has two export options-Blender and 3DSMax-whereas Fuse gives you the option to directly export your finished models to Blender, 3DSMax, Garry's Mod, Source Filmmaker, and even other 3D modeling programs such as Daz and Unity. The clothing options in MH are incredibly limited, and the same goes for the hair (sadly there's no options for facial hair, so those of you wanting to make a neckbeard Brony in MakeHuman may as well do it in Fuse.).ģ. Also there's no way of editing the face so MH's models all have a blank "Thousand Yard Stare" expression.Ģ. The models look fugly not even changing the skin texture will make them look any less hideous. I'll give you all a rundown on the things that made me turn away from the program you're wanting people to use:ġ. I've messed around with MakeHuman before and it left me with a sour taste in my mouth-even after I uninstalled it. After Fuse and Mixamo were bought by Adobe, one of the arguments I've seen in this particular thread is that you shouldn't use this program but MakeHuman instead, as it is apparently better than Fuse.
